Book Talk! ( or maybe- Books that Talk! )
Just another post...
unrelated- uninteresting, unlike the first
one-- that was the one that talked about substance coming through-
but it showed up only then, wonder if further it adorns in some post...
..but feels the writer will eventually improve with time,
and so does the substantiality.
but the amazing thing- its the NINETEENTH one..!! ;)))
I tend to read a lot nowadays- gaining experiences of the people,
places around the world- at times their pains that bring out the tears and
somehow takes away my attention from the broken pieces that are floating inside
me piercing into the unknown corners of my body, then at times the innocence
and humility that rejoices the spirits that inspires and admirations that keeps
alive the warmth in heart.
Finished reading- “never let me go” by Kazuo Ishiguro and
started “Room” just a few moments later.
NLMG- story about the clones- the students who have no
one- and being trained as donors and carer- of their body parts. Who can love
like humans but cant have real relations, who eventually gives the life for
someone- not more then three donations they survive- the friendships that
flourish and the death that is the only truth and they don't feel awful about that, just a part of life, as they say 'being complete' as the donor ends- serving the humanity about which
the taker don’t even know of.
I usually don’t
like writing about the reviews, feels as if destroying the real beauty of the
book, but it feels fine to just speak to someone (not just fine- but amazing if sharing with a book lover who's eventually going to explore the book i just finished)...but it’s just happening for
now as no to listen my blabbering other then the screen..this not-so-personal-diary
kind of thing...!!
I felt touched by the friendship- and how aptly the author
described the feelings, situations and the conditions- not like that can anyone be nominated for the Booker
Prize indeed...and made into a movie too..
At times deep into the nights when the tears talk to the
cheeks and I bury into the melancholy- some stories like this that shines like stars
and tells that this too shall pass..
and the characters you remember for ages- like old lost friend who touched your heart at some point in life...
