Five Days of Bliss!
The Happiness course, by Art of Living.
Thursday to Monday eve!
The first day of being strangers and into own shells and being beautiful butterflies by Monday end.
Ten beautiful souls!
If I were to be able to really see all the colours exploding out of me, there would be rainbows of humongous positivity all around.
The fleeting memories of the course done 4 years back came running back.
I always felt a bit more driven towards the people who had been associated to AOL in any which way. A different energy exuberates itself. A flamboyant joy that's stable in all its senses and surrounds the world.
The exciting times jingling deep down and the emptiness lures, filled back with the glimpses of good times.
Thursday started with the introductions, the familiarity with each other developed by Friday.
Saturday - the proud moment to drive and go all by myself. Lost. for Half an hour. But I somewhere knew that had to happen, like any other place I go to. Embarrassed, a bit.
The feel of freedom was out of the world along with the added calmness from the kriya and yoga and not to forget the activities to share the turbulent corners of mind.
The weekend of doing something really productive. The showers of happiness at each step, indeed.
Saturday night, the yummy Iranian food at Bita's place. As well, the amazing lunch at the course itself.
The delicious thoughtful lunch on Saturday. A stroll after on the sunny, windy calm afternoon.
The tasks that beautifully tightens the bond bit by bit.
Reveals our true self to ourselves, distinguishes clearly what we should be looking out for around in terms of life goals, ambition and in all that not to forget to be good and believing in oneself.
Sunday, times of teams, competition - cooking and preparations.
That apparent joy, competitiveness the 100% willingness to give into it.
Little lesson on what each day should look like, in each day of our lives.
The Pulao Nachos our Team 'Frooti' made and won it.
The garlic bread and minestrone soup didn't by Team 'Peaceful Swans'!
The bulks of appreciation poured in!
Then Make A Difference MAD project.
Didn't do quiet well, the early ending day and time constrain.
Despite that, it was fun, an opportunity to stretch out of the comfort zone and play the part in the world around
Came Monday
The last class
The gift exchange and plate full of compliments!!!!
Shivering in the chill at the Peter's Drive-in at the end!! Onion rings and shakes!
Things didn't go perfect.
But what needed to be healed, did started to. The Heart, Body, Mind and Soul :)
Been four days since.
Already feeling the difference!
More composed, more happy, mindful and actively seeking and dreaming of the next big thing.
Life's Good, I think ;)
